Unable to register to Sip

Sip registration was working fine until I tested with a new IP address. When I tried a new IP address, the registration has failed. Please make a suggestion or solution to this issue

Is it a foreign connection? If yes, check in your sip.conf NAT settings and see if your external connection can get the server IP address
