ERROR: Failed to play VoiceManager. (Array index out of range)
Error occured while loading Training Mission 4. Navigation after playing through Training Mission 1-3 using DotMod v0.3b-beta (installed on a clean Cold Waters install using the mod installer packed with the mod)

The following error has occured:
ERROR: failed to play VoiceManager.PlayMessageLogVoice failed with input values "LostSonarContact" it returned the following error: Array index is out of range at VoiceManager.PlayMessageLogVoice (System.String lookupValue) [0x000000] in
Returning to the main menu, navigating back to the training mission menu and reloading the mission didn't throw the error again and thesound played correctly.
Please attempt to re-produce the issue and then upload a log within 48 hours. Thank you.
Same error during campaign. Continuing the game seems okay though.

I also experienced this issue just now - just at the point of loading into an engagement.
In case it matters I was playing the NATO 1984 campaign with a Trafalgar-class submarine where the towed array was inoperable. I had the combat spawn distance increased by 0 and surface by 20,000, and I went straight to battlestations without closing distance.
Upon continuing past the error message I was at 600 ft and 20 knots, the contact faded at a bearing of 149. The contact was not detectable until above a 205 ft layer, where I found a Victor III using active sonar, which promptly faded again. I experienced no further issues in the engagement, sinking both Victor III subs, nor any further similar issues in the rest of the gameplay session.
I just experienced this error running DotMod v0.4a-2. I'm playing the China campaign with a Seawolf. After returning to Guam to rearm and repair, I encountered some submarines in the northern Philippine Sea near Japan and this error occurred while the engagement was loading. The engagement loaded with no problem.
I also encountered this error with the latest release (v0.4a-2). It happened while transiting back to Holy Loch from Barents Sea. Error appeared right after engaging with a Russian sub on the map.
My crew audio is set to English, using Permit class sub and clean install of the mod.
