MOSS Mk 70 Becomes sea skimming when using time compression

Mod version: v0.3-b3 Cold Waters version: 1.15g

Description: The Mark 70 MOSS runs just above the surface when in time compression. I fired it from a Ticonderoga (Early). It seems like this only occurs when the decoy is active. When TC is turned off the decoy will return to a normal depth.

Reproducing:

• Start up a custom mission
• Select the early Ticonderoga Class CG
• Fire a Mark 70 MOSS
• Turn on time compression

This seems to be a common issue with weapons. We are planning a run through of the weapon system to attempt to address it.
