Kobben stuck beneath the seabed on Andoya spec ops mission

During the Andoya special operations team insertion mission a Kobben submarine is stuck under the seabed. I have noticed this before and in another location as well (don't remember which though). I thought it was a clever way to force the player to sneak out of the deployment zone, but the last two times I attempted this mission the Kobben was not glitched and both times managed to kill me.

So if this is a clever way to force the player to sneak out of the circle, the Kobben being free is a bug. Otherwise the Kobben being stuck under the seabed is the bug.

This is usually the second mission of the campaign so it is relatively easy to reproduce by just starting a campaign.

This likely requires the expansion of the terrain check Dot wrote to the AI on mission spawning. I will lleave this as a bug only as opposed to an enhancement as it really is just a fix.
