Hi HobbitJack (or other assignee) I just created a github account because I’m having same issue as OP. I loaded mission editor, tried making a variety of missions (left all the mission weather settings, duct, thermal on random) I successfully completed one single mission where I set up target practice with 4 non-Soviet merchant ships. When I went back to try again, every subsequent attempt to load various Soviet vessels for practice resulted in the above error message. I have not tried with other nations vessels, mission would not load.

What information do you need concerning the replication of this issue? Dotmod was freshly installed. This was my first attempt to use it.

I need a minimum reproducable example. That is, I should be able to launch the game, follow exactly the steps you precisely enumerate, and get the issue every time/consistently with those step.
