Wrong colour of surface ships and pink smoke on some surface vessels

I am running cold waters dot mod on a mac running macOS 12.6, i had to install play on mac to play cold waters. Any time I play surface ships added with dot mod the colour of the ships is much darker than i think it should be, mostly for US and Nato ships. The latest version of the mod should have a set of fallback shaders to avoid this issue, but clearly they're not exactly working properly.

The issue has not yet been fixed still. Can somebody check it out? It’s very annoying to play with these pink smokes.
