Allow manual resizing of columns for each tab
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I can't see the full content in each feature even if I resize the window.
Describe the solution you'd like I would like to be able to resize the columns myself so that I can see all the text for each column
Describe alternatives you've considered I just show folder to see the info that I want. I shouldn't have to do that.
Additional context This change will really make the UI more user-friendly, and present a nicer UX.

If things get too long you can't even resize the columns. Sorry for my late response as well.
It seems that you are using a high DPI display or set a UI/font scale higher than 1 on your system?
Mine looks like this (notice the Upload Time column which is a bit trunkated on the right, and the Download button on the left):

**EDIT: ** I fixed these "UI glitches" by right-clicking on the "Blender Launcher.exe" file > Properties > Compatibility tab > Change High DPI settings > Overrride High DPI scaling behaviour. Scaling performed by: System.
