The Blender Launcher Icon in Windows 10 Notifications is Blurry

Describe the bug This is a very minor issue, and possibly more a feature request than a bug, but the Blender Launcher Icon that appears in Windows 10 notifications is blurry (presumably it is a low-resolution image scaled up).

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Perform some action which creates a Windows 10 notification, like downloading a build of Blender, which triggers a notification when it completes.

Expected behavior The icon in the notification should be sharp and crisp.
