Persistent theme using localStorage

Hey, I think that it depends on preferences. Personally, I wouldn't store theme setting in localStorage since in 99.9% cases portfolio pages are visited only once per particular user. But it is still worth idea to consider to implement it as an setting which OP might like to add @Dorota1997 :)
