@Schepetkov in order to use "appium:app" you will need to start the Appium server that will act as a proxy, rather than starting the WinAppDriver
I am closing this issue since Microsoft has no intentions of maintaining its WinAppDriver in the near future. I found that https://github.com/FlaUI/FlaUI.WebDriver might be a good option for those looking...
I think this question should be placed under appium repo. @mykola-mokhnach / @KazuCocoa do we have such argument that we can pass to appium server?

@mykola-mokhnach , in C# I assume we will need to add `Autofac.Web` package in order to use `ContainerProvider`. is that right?
