Feature request: Command line options

Some command line options that I'd love to add:

• Target(s with #2) (and additional options, as given in the GUI)
• Window location (X and Y)
• Window size (X and Y)
• Presentation mode (see #4)

With these options, a script can start multiple instances and position them on a screen for monitoring purposes.
