Import from External and Internal

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When creating new filaments, I can either go through my list and see if it exists, or import from external, as a starting point.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like the 'import from external' button to change to also include internal filaments. It can be listed separate with a different header, but one button that searches both the external database of filaments and the internal database of filaments that can be used as a template.

Describe alternatives you've considered Searching the internal library first, before going to the external library. No reason to not have both in the same place.
