Adding Tags to Filaments

Feature 1 How about adding a tegs section for filaments? It would bi nice to tag filaments as example with "glitter", "glossy" or the base colors ("yellow" to show all the melonyellows darkyellows neonyellows ...) and be able to filter the filaments with these tags. (like the system of the tags in paperless-ngx)

Feature 2 And maybee there is a possibility to show the count of the spools in the filament list and manufacturers list?
