printing spool picker not filling screen

Describe the bug the new page for picking spools to print labels for dosnt fill the vertical space. this makes it very cramped and hard to find spools in

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to .../spool/print

Expected behavior have the spool picker expand to fill the vertical screen space to prevent excessive scrolling
