Prevent duplicate vendors by name

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I accidentally entered the same vendor twice

Describe the solution you'd like When save is pressed for a new vendor take that value and squash case and check to make sure that vendor isn't already in the database also ignoring whitespace and present a warning if already entered.
