Display error in spool overview and filament overview

Hallo, habe heute zwei Fehler gefunden. Unter Spulen- und Filamentübersicht schieben sich Spalten übereinander, siehe Bilder!

I found two errors today. Columns overlap one another under the spool and filament overview, see pictures!

Just checked this. Seems to be related to the length of the string for the header and depends on the language.

Easiest fix might be to autoscale the columns based on the header text if possible.
