User Presets for pre-populated values

In addition to issue #92 : let the user configure default values for edit fields. These could be filled in by the user, but should not be mandatory. If someone prints only or mostly in PETG, "PETG" pre-populated in filament/create would be useful.

Could be useful for most of the fields.

Do you envision that this is something the user configures as a setting, or should it be "intelligently" detected based on existing filaments?

Either would be fine. Really hard to tell which is more useful – perhaps the user configurable setting is less confusing?

Out of personal expierience - after entering 40 versions of Nobufil ABS... I just clone the filaments. no need for presets. You have to enter (or change) at least name and color anyways. So I see no big benefit of it.
