Swap/add vendor and manufacturer properties

Imho the property vendor ist misused for the filament. It would be better if that property would be named into manufacturer and every spool gets a new vendor property. That would be benefitial when checking which manufacturer actually created that filament and which vendor sold the spool or where do I actually bought it.

The name vendor in the context of the filament is misleading.
