VS Code version: 1.12.1 Jupyter Extension version: 1.1.3 OS and version: WIN10

Actual behavior

add svg using the demo scripts in http://nbviewer.jupyter.org/gist/rpmuller/5666810

Expected behavior

Show the picture

But actually it outputs: Unknown Mime Type
