[BUG] Navigation buttons overlays on action buttons

Describe the Bug

As you can see from the image, can't interact with those action buttons

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open a git history list with enough commits to fit the screen till the bottom

Expected Behavior

Maybe change navigation buttons to the top?

Environment

• OS: Windows_NT x64 10.0.19044
• VSCode version: 1.63.2
• Git History version: 0.6.19

Well, you can actually click them from that really really small bottom gap 😫
