support tag with message

I hope that I am not missing something, but it seems that when creating a new tag named mytagname, this plugin only shows a single prompt with one field and then the genated command is git tag mytagname -m mytagname <hash>

therefore creating a tag call mytagname with a message property set to mytagname

Wouldn't be possible to add a second field to the form in order to let us fill the message we want ?
