Thanks a lot for this nice idea! It should be ported to WirelessBase. It just popped in my mind that i have something similar on my Wifi AP : It is interesting to have a button to trigger the verification or at least consider that Internet is not available during the first boot experience (or access blocked).

I'm also imagining this user experience :

• user check for upgrade or UI check it automatically
• a button appear (because a newer one exists) : "install latest version"
• user click on the button
• PalaControl module download the latest version
• PalaControl notify UI
• PalaControl install the newest firmware

It is not well detailed but I think you have the idea. I don't know yet if it is possible or not. I'm currently working on HomeAssistant compatibility

Thanks. This is what I had in my mind. ~But I don't think it's possible to make OTA~ Github blocks 302 redirect. Edit: Done with a proxy.
