Stopped working on Android device
Hi Dominik, thank you for the great plugin. I use it very often, just to fill up content into my 2nd brain, Zettelkasten or how ever you want to call it. So it is really important for my workflow. I think a short time ago I updated the plugin and now it is not working. Don't know, if there is a bug or something else. I am using Samsung S4 tablet with Android. All software should be up to date.
Hi @Hansilein00726 can you provide these additional information?
- Android version
- Android System Webview version (can be found in Settings -> Apps)
- Output from console (link for manual) or latest functional version of plugin
- Link of content you wanted to save
Android 10 Webview Version 103.0.5060.71 I tried several links from Youtube. The first one I found not working was: https://youtu.be/KH_zqH8EgDo
I also tried Optimization, restart & so on. But didn't help.
The other stuff I look tomorrow. Already to late.
I understood that a PC is needed to debug the Android device. Unfortunately, I have just the Android tablet and the Android phone available.
That's ok. I was able to replicate bug. It's caused by different DOM of YouTube mobile version site. I'm working on fix.
That's really great to hear. Also happy that maybe my info was kind of useful. Maybe then I helped a lot of people, since many love this plugin.😁 Thanks for the great tool. All videos and most articles enter via your plugin into my vault.
