Images not being downloaded to assets/

Expected Behavior

Saving a readable article with 'Download Images' enabled in settings should save article images in assets folder.

Current behaviour

Images not being saved. This is recent behavior, previously images used to be downloaded without issues.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable 'Download Images' in settings.

2. Save a readable article, e.g - https://www.joinprospect.com/blog/which-stage-startup.
3. Instead of images being downloaded, image links are embedded to article.
