Dimension attribute "Dim scale overall" is missing

Describe the bug When importing a DWG/DXF the "dim scale overall" is missing.

To Reproduce Set a Dim scale overall value in a dimension entity under Fit. It can't be found anywhere in the imported document.

Expected behavior The dim scale overall factor should be either on the entity or the dimension style.

Additional context Can't provide a dxf/dwg. Should be easy to reproduce
