[EXPENSE REPORT] In expense report list, all expense reports are a warning icon

Bug

When I display the list of expense reports, I see a warning of all reports of the list.

But it is not logical because 4 expense reports were recently validated.

And on the home screen, there are only 5 expense reports with a warning (in this case it is good).

Dolibarr Version

21.0.1

Environment PHP

8.1.32

Environment Database

MySQL or MariaDB 10.6.22-MariaDB - mysqli (mysqlnd 8.1.32)

Steps to reproduce the behavior and expected behavior

• Click on GRH module
• Click on List under expense reports, then Validated

I tried to reproduce this bug on v21, but didn't see it As you've got at least on instance on 21 (cf issue #34544 you posted), could you test it by yourself ?

I confirm I reproduce this bug on my instance on 21 (the same that for the issue #34544). I write an expense report and I submit it. And in the expense reports list, I have a warning icon.

For information, I have the problem since the migration from 16.0.5 to 21.0.1
