API document : provide direct link when option is enabled

Feature Request

Options are available to enable secure download link, these links are viewable from dashboard. But these links are missing from any api call

Use case

Could be useful to provide a direct_link on response content on GET /documents and maybe from GET /documents/download with an call argument.

Suggested implementation

Check all *_ALLOW_EXTERNAL_DOWNLOAD and add direct_link element when option is enabled for the related modulepart
