Bckup for Dokploy config/settings and projects

What problem will this feature address?

While it's possible to backup the database services of my apps to S3, it's not currently possible to backup the configuration of the dokploy cluster itself, including all project configurations. When migrating to a new machine or new machines, or in the event of a hardware failure, a backup would simplify recovery.

Describe the solution you'd like

Regular, automated snapshots of all configurations and project setups

Describe alternatives you've considered

It might be possible to backup dokploy's own DB, but currently that is manual effort, and I'm not sure if that catches all data needed to restore
