Entire Dokploy dashboard stuck on "Loading..."

Open Iulian-Dragomirescu opened this issue 5 months ago • 13 comments

To Reproduce

Since today, the entire Dockploy UI is stuck on the “Loading…” screen for all sections. This issue occurs identically on two separate VPS instances

Issue started today, likely after an automatic update

Tried troubleshooting with:

  • Incognito mode (Chrome)
  • Clearing browser cache
  • Testing from multiple devices
  • Restarting the VPS

No changes.. issue persists across all environments

If this happens to you, it is probably a network problem, I recommend that you try with different connections, do not try to use the same network, and from there you can verify if the problem is in your network, or you can also try to ping google.com from your server where dokploy is installed

Same problem on a brand new setup using google chrome. I got it working by opening it on Firefox and configuring https there. After I got https working, google chrome behaved as expected.

Same issue here, changing browser didn't help. I tried without success :

  • delete a recreate github app
  • updating to last version : v0.24.8

Issue still exists in v0.24.12

Current behavior :

Repository loading for a long time and does not appear in project drop down even when creating a new github app

Expected behavior :

Repository should appear and be selectable in project drop down

Hint :

"Bad credentials" when using "Test connection" in git tab

Hello, I have the same problem using Google Chrome. I switched to Firefox and so far everything is working fine.

Already tried both but that's not working

Unfortunately, I don't know how to reproduce this problem. It seems to happen at random times. I know this has happened to me with certain Hetzner servers, but I don't know if it has happened with providers other than Hetzner?

Happened when I updated Dokploy to latest version. Cleaned up cache and reload the website in Chrome, still not working. Changed to MS Edge and everything works as usual.

I am having the same issue; it does not work on Chrome, but Firefox is working.
