What problem will this feature address?

When creating a user we can only chose "member" as role, and manually give access to the user.

Create more admin/root user. More RBAC settings.

I agree, best way to go about this would be to make a create roles page, assign permissions to the role, then be able to specify that role when inviting a user to the organization. I do also agree that the current role "member" is quite limiting, especially when inviting multiple user's to the panel with various permission requirements
