Is this really a problem? It loads instantly for me. I would think having to wait for it to pre-fetch the data would be even more annoying than it loading...

First, that's the price of running automated tasks like Identify. Tagger > Identify. Second, delete the scene and re-scan. Fields will be empty. 👍

Not true. It doesn't scrape empty fields. Tested.

You can already run multiple Stash instances with their own config files. Not only that allows you to have different configurations but also keep the generated content separate.
