Please clarify license policy

Hi Doggettx,

I wanted to express my gratitude for developing such an excellent product. However, I have some questions about its license policy that I would appreciate your help with.

While reviewing the license file, I noticed that the OpenRAILM License doesn't restrict the purpose of use. However, I also came across the Model Card file, which states that the model can only be used for research purposes. This left me confused about the permissible use of the product, especially when it comes to commercial purposes.

I was wondering if you could provide some clarification on the matter. Specifically, if the OpenRAILM License restrictions are met, can the Model Source Code be used for commercial purposes? Additionally, what about the Model Weights?
