Is this library no longer maintained?

Last release of materializecss came in September 2018, thereafter we have not received any release, not even bug fixes. Does it mean that this library is not longer maintained?

they need to update the README, to ABANDONED they need to cancel the patreon I came here to use the lib, but found that this project turned nasty
