404 Error on Chromebook after opening site multiple times

Some websites inside doge are completely blocked. The connection from inside of the frame get blocked by the network I am using causing a 404 Error. This needs to be fixed so I can use it. EDIT: Connection times out and cache needs to be cleared after using the same page multiple times.
