QoP R+Q can heal with bombs and rune

Also with summons like Lycan wolves, and WK zombies.

I don't think it is really a bug, but I think there is some really big inconsistency in QoP heal once her ult expires. Sometimes it feels she isn't healing at all from hitting Q

Seems like in this example (second gif) she didn't get a heal for the first damage tick?
