seriously outdated Phoenix Live View version here!

It wasn't initially obvious to me, but mix.lock is setting the phoenix_live_view git checkout to 957b7eb which was made back in Mon Jun 24 2019. There's no phx-hooks support etc.

Anyways phx-hooks didn't get added till August, so lots of movement since this repo was originally created.

Perhaps mix.lock shouldn't have been included ;)
