Add explanation of the :let attribute

Use of the :let attribute in HEEx components such as forms and table columns is abundant in the curriculum; yet nowhere in the curriculum is there an explanation on how this attribute works. A brief explanation and perhaps linking to the doc section on HEEx extension: special attributes is probably warranted.
