App Lock security issue

With app lock enabled in the security settings, you are asked for your fingerprint when opening the app. However, if you close the app and reopen it, it opens and loads straight away without any authentication. So the app lock is kinda pointless. If a valid fingerprint is not accepted, it should keep asking for it every time you load it.

Here's a video showing this happening. If I go out of the app and back in via my on screen shortcut, App Lock engages. If I go out then immediately go back in via the multitasker, I would expect it to do the same, but I'm able to replicate the issue initially reported.

EDIT GitHub is fighting me trying to add the video from mobile. I'll add it in the morning.
