View quarantined communities

Currently, quarantined subreddits seemingly will not show up by searching their name. Content of those communities are also not possible to be viewed; instead, it says, "Error loading posts. Tap to retry."

It would be nice to be able to access these subreddits despite their quarantine status. Perhaps a toggle in the app settings similar to NSFW would also be useful here (i.e. a "show quarantined subreddits" toggle).
