Add Post Titles to Filenames

Currently, filenames that are currently used by default do not stand out very much, especially when part of a large gallery. So, the rules have been updated to include the post title at the beginning of the filename to make individual files stand out more. In addition, gallery indexes have been added to filenames to ensure gallery images maintain their original order.

I just noticed is that these new rules do not work if the post is viewed from the comments view. Same applies to my recent #584 PR. Will need to perform some additional troubleshooting/testing on this one. Maybe also get comments working so #581 can be closed out.

I think I'll put the comment filename idea on the backburner for now. I'm just going to leave the PR as is and have #581 closed if it gets merged. The NSFW rules still need updated to work on the comments view though.

I managed to compile it but it show NULL instead of the title on videos, images titles seems to work fine, any idea what's going on?
