1. Copy theme from this reddit post.
2. Paste into Theme Manager
3. Parse Theme Failed shows.

Not sure if it may fix your problem but copy the theme and paste in some app first (I used Acode from play store) then copy from there.

It's certainly a bug but I solved it this way
