Keycloak 8 comptatiblity

Thank you for this useful plugin. Any plan for a Keycloak 8 compatibility ?

See #31. I haven't tested thoroughly, but looks like it works.

Ok, found, the commit 92ea6b1 https://github.com/Doccrazy/keycloak-protocol-cas/pull/31/commits/92ea6b15524da2eee8f7f523efca32b29ccab11e is not in 8.0.1 branch. Fixed (locally).
