The last entry is A Mind-Expanding Conversation About Human History and Happiness With Tim Urban, more specifically I care about the mp3 itself contained inside this tag:

This is shown as "attachments" in miniflux, you can check the screenshot.

Hello,

At this point it is not supported by the following library which is used in miniflutt: https://github.com/Sub6Resources/flutter_html/wiki/Supported-HTML-Elements Therefore, there is no plan to support it in the foreseeable future.
