Flags are 0 for some reason Normally for embedded sounds it can be set to `IsEmbedded, Regular` and just `Regular` for external sounds

Same thing I encountered with mycatischallenged. IIRC my case required applying another patch to be able to get this point, but maybe I'll submit a patch for this particular issue...
