Y-axis slip on Prints Adam

I had a print fail on Prints Adam today because the y-axis had a ~5mm step on it a few mm into the print (height-wise)

The bed seemed secure, so I assume it was the carriage slipping. It seems a pretty clean step (rather than a gradual encroaching).

Upgrading this to Broken 😞

I thought I'd try again this morning to see if it was repeatable, and heard it missing steps just on the homing option.

When changing filament this is how far from the front it was when it thought it had travelled the full way to the front of the machine:
