Sheila computer replacement

In addition to a new Gerald can we have a new Sheila computer please. Last week it was an accident waiting to happen as it had been pulled right out from under the table, I presume for someone to access the dongle, and the side panel was not attached. I banged my leg on it at least a million times! I did donate a laptop as a replacement, is it not suitable?

The back of the computer box has an Electrical buzzing and slightly sparking making the computer restart.
