Evaluate badge maker

@dazz-ling has brought in a useful-looking badge maker (I know Kirsty was looking for one a while back).

It needs new badge blanks, then to be tested and a space found to keep it - it's currently on top of the plan chest.

I have ordered some badge blanks from eBay. They should arrive on 5/6 November.

Badge parts arrived. They're by the badge maker. Nabila and I tried them out without much success. I've messaged Kirsty to see if she has used a badge maker before.
