Tony Burn Mark on inside lens

went to use Tony today there was a note on Tony today about focus issues so not cutting properly,

Looked at the lens there's a burn mark on the inside of the lens cleaned it as per mike showed me had the lens out but can't get it off so put it back in and left it.
