Wand on the Thermaltronic soldering iron is temperamental

@magman2112 said he was going to raise an issue about this, but I can't find it.

Today the soldering iron wouldn't heat up; manipulating the cable at the wand end, and removing and reinserting the tip (although I'd already tried that to no effect) seemed to bring it back to life.

It gets a fair bit of (ab)use, so is likely due a replacement.

@helicalbytes used the iron at makernight and noticed the cord reached quite a high temperature after not much use. It worked ok and they turned it off as soon as it became apparent. Recording it because there is something not entirely right about the wand.
