DoESLiverpool Ebay sales bin
Occasionally we generate surplus equipment that no one wants to take away but is too wasteful to throw in the bin. One way to dispose of these items is to auction it on Ebay. This is not for the money so much as to find a good home for it. Unfortunately no one can be bothered with the hassle so stuff keeps piling up.
So, in addition to the https://github.com/DoESLiverpool/somebody-should/wiki/FreshStaleLastChance boxes, we could make an Ebay sales box of goods where the deal is that anyone who takes something out of it and sells it on Ebay can keep 50% of the money and give the rest to DoES.
This is a great opportunity for anyone who is keen enough and enjoys participating in the whole ebay experience. (I hear such people exist.) As a stretch goal, they could set up a DoESLiverpool ebay account and then 100% of the proceeds of something they sold could be taken off their desk rent.
It'd be great if someone wanted to do the ebay side of things. DoES does have an ebay account already, any of the @DoESLiverpool/organisers will have access to the details of it.
There's the old controller board from Tony on my desk which it'd be great if someone wanted to ebay it to get it out of my way.
